Management Trainee Programme
The programme runs up to 24 months and is tailored to suit your career aspirations and motivations. You will be involved in 4 or more key job rotations and may have an opportunity of an international placement to ensure that you have a global view of the organisation. There is also an option for you to have a secondment into another function to broaden your skill-set. You will be heavily supported through the two year programme with line manager, coach and mentor. You will be able to participate in different functional and leadership training. However, you will also be set clear objectives for each placement and will be expected to deliver these to remain on the fast-track programme. After you finish the programme you will be in a position to take on a Junior Management Position and carry on your accelerated career path. The hope is that you will achieve a Senior Management Position within 10 years.
What are we looking for from you?
